Gin Sour with Dekadent Pink Gin
INGREDIENTS
5 cl Dekadent Pink Gin
3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cl simple syrup
2 cl egg white (optional)
Ice
HOW TO
Shake the Dekadent Pink Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white hard without ice until it foams. Add ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a chilled glass.
