Orange Sorbet Negroni Float
INGREDIENTS
4 cl Dekadent Negroni
2 scoops orange sorbet
3–6 cl dry sparkling wine, chilled (prosecco or cava)
Orange slice or zest (for garnish)
HOW TO
Scoop the orange sorbet into a chilled glass or bowl. Pour the Dekadent Negroni over the sorbet, then top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange slice or a twist of zest and serve straight away with a spoon.
