Tom Collins with Dekadent Pink Gin
INGREDIENTS
5 cl Dekadent Pink Gin
3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cl simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
About 5 cl soda water
Ice
Lemon slice (for garnish)
HOW TO
Shake the Dekadent Pink Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice until cold. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of lemon.
